Blog Candy Challenge #3 Summer Flowers at Riverside Crafts

To enter just purchase anything Floral that Riverside Crafts have for sale, and follow their blog, you must have your own blog to enter. Make sure your card uses the layout below, its open to your own interpretation.......
This is the card I have made for this challenge. It might be the last one for a while as it is back to work for me tomorrow! Must say though that I am ready to go back now.
I have used my Popcorn Bear Floral cd. The decoupage image and backing paper is from the cd, I have mounted this onto a white circle of card added a pink ribbon and bow. The flowers were punched from a backing paper sheet on the cd which I then made by sticking two flowers together and curling the top layer of petals, I then added a gem to the centre of each, the leaves were from a scrap of green. The sentiment was from my stash.

Moment in Time

I have made this card using a Flower Soft Moments in Time stamp and coloured with my promarkers. I have then mounted it onto green and yellow Bazil basics 12x12 papers. The flowers were made from the same paper using a woodware punch. (Yes! to all who know me,  I used a punch and it is still in one piece! :) I am a bit ham fisted with punches to put it mildly. Have added some card candy from my stash. I have just used flowers to decorate this card but any one of them could be substituted for a greeting. All items used for this card were purchased from Riverside Crafts in Goole.

Lily of the valley challenge

This is my entry for the LOTV challenge. Being off work recovering from a bad back had certainly allowed more time to get into blogging.
I have used a LOTV baby stamp I purchased at the NEC in Birmingham, I have coloured with promarkers my favourite tool at the moment. The papers and flowers were a freebie from The creative cottage.

Easel card

I am getting daring today and am going to enter 3 challenges with one card, well I am going to try to.
I have used Cherry kisses chillin' and Cherry kisses garden gate from Pollycraft. I colured them with promarkers and cut out the girl and sat her on the gate. For the sky effect I used promarkers on the back of the card and kept colouring until it bled through.
The flowers were made using a retro flower punch with card candy added.
Below is a side view of the card.
I am entering this card in the Digital Tuesday Challenge where you have to make an easel card.
I am also entring it into the Bee Crafty Challenge which has to include flowers.
And last but not least I am entering into the Secret Crafter Challenge where you have to add a quote.

Get the Party Started

I am entering this card into the Pollycraft Challenge #48. It's called 'Let's have a sing song'.  I have used the friday freebie from pollycraft and coloured it using promarkers. The papers were downloads from my stash. I have added some card candy.

Week #107 Sketch Saturday Challenge

This is my entry for the sketch saturday challenge using the sketch as shown below.
I have used a sarah kay image that I have coloured using promarkers. The papers are Classic K from K & Company. I have used a Martha Stewart punch around the page for the edging. I then added gems and a flower for a bit of bling. I have used distessing inks around my image and that is just what it is 'distressing' because I am still practising with them and not quite there yet.

Would like to do more challenges but at the moment my photography skills are nil, there are about 20 pics in my recycling bin. At least one was in focus. Not so sure about the flowers though now I have seen it here.
